more resilient to climatic and economic health shocks while aiming for a double integration: agro-industrial in particular through the agricultural processing zones-ZTA, by the search for complementarity and synergy in the field of food production<br>- The African agricultural policy must aim at strengthening food security, improving the competitiveness of the sector, promoting agricultural exports and optimal management of natural resources including water (limiting factor in countries with water stress\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-711c799
