The health crisis and pandemic of Covid-19 has pushed all actors from all sectors to think differently and to realize the interconnection between countries in terms of health and economy among others.
This situation has brought to light the need for Africa to awaken to greater inter-African cooperation. With the establishment of the African Free Trade Area on the horizon – effective January 2021 -, the continent has to take its future in hand and think about a future dependent on its economies in priority.
It is in this context that our webinars, launched in 2020, have become an instrument of discussion and a platform for exchange of experiences for the ministries and actors of the continent aiming at a better understanding of the realities of the continent, more open discussions, and better coordination at the regional and continental level
Today, it is a matter of strengthening the continent’s achievements and working on the strengthening and resilience of the systems of their economies, in particular, the improvement of ecosystems and their sanitation, the existing networks and infrastructures, the human resource, for better performance, better care, to ensure that they meet the needs of their citizens whatever the situation and to be prepared and respond better to the challenges of tomorrow, in particular in terms of energy, on issues of competitiveness and financing.
