COVID-19 & 2020 have been a great talk for action for the African continent and the need for its awakening and greater African cooperation. This crisis has brought into light the co- dependence of countries and how governments need to foster new cooperation and look at self-reliance & economic independence to ensure to answer to its citizens needs no matter the situations.
In this context, Africa must learn from the lessons emerging from this crisis on the continent and at a global level and prepare for a new reality & economic dynamics. It should work on strengthening its ecosystem on a national, regional and continental level and focusing on the different pillars that are Education, Energy, Agriculture.
All efforts are intertwined and it is by focusing on improvement of the environment that Africa will rise as a powerful partner & economy, focusing on providing the right tools and opportunities for its youth, its companies, its population to thrive.
This raises questions of the economic environment, economic models, education model, financing project, and all its undergoing transformations.
